Ladies - Best Advice and Sites for your Online Dating Profiles

Recently, I've helped a few friends with their dating photos and profiles with fabulous results. Within one week, Miss L has already taken down her profile as she is now dating the perfect guy. Miss R had 11 messages by the time she got home from our shoot! Miss T has had several very wonderful dates and is really enjoying herself.
Here are a few key elements that helped them.

Men are attracted to beauty first so you'll need to make a little effort with your online photos.

The good news is that it is your beautiful personality is what will keep him attracted to you for the long term.

Get A Friend To Describe Your Personality
If you feel awkward describing yourself, ask your friends what they think and quote them. "My friends say that my most endearing qualities are my smile and bubbly personality."

This is from my friend, "Jacinta, you have a beautiful, bright and genuine personality.  Your smile literally lights up the room".

"I have a zest for living my life well which my friends say, makes me fun to be around."

Men Can't Cope With Drama
Whilst women are used to managing multiple stressful situations at one time, men are generally immune to this phenomenon as they've always had a woman take care of all of this stuff. So whilst you want to share everything, keep this stuff for your girlfriends. At least at the beginning.

I've had friends disagree on this one so I'd be interested to hear your thoughts!

Don't Post Pics With Your Kids
Whilst yes you are looking for a long term relationship that includes all of your beautiful little people, they need to focus on you first. Yes, it is OK to post a pic with your furry friend.

Be authentic
If you are looking for a long term relationship, don't write what you think a man wants to hear. Yes you may get more hits but they won't be the right ones.

The Best Dating Sites For Females
I've had friends that have found partners on all sites so you'll have to pick one that attracts your kind of guy. Personally, I've tried Tinder, eharmony, Elite Singles and rsvp.

Tinder is great for a good laugh. It appears to work better for the younger crowds. It also works if you are a good decision maker. Swipe left or swipe right. Swipe left seems so harsh at times because you really don't have much to go on. It's not like the other sites where you complete extensive questionnaires. You are basically judging a man on his looks.

Elite Singles was the next site after my failed attempt at Tinder.  I thought it would raise the bar a little in terms of quality of men. It was REALLY expensive so I decided, what the hell, I needed to invest in quality. It did that to some extent but I wasn't overly impressed.

Eharmony worked well for me. There were suitably like minded, quality people and I didn't have to pay a fortune. It is also quite respectable. Sending a "smile" is much more respectable than sending a "kiss".

rsvp I found a little tacky on the outset with its sending of "kisses" but its quality of matches wasn't too bad. Its overall website and app usability is also far better than eharmony. Sadly, the quality of men isn't as good though.
